## What to know

T-Mobile's applicant FAQ says candidates create a Candidate Home account when applying, can update
account information there, and may apply to additional jobs. T-Mobile notes that some positions
require assessments, and assessment links can arrive by email or be available under tasks in
Candidate Home.

For some roles, assessment results are valid for six months. Professional and executive roles
require a resume.

## Candidate preparation

- Keep Candidate Home contact information current.
- Watch for assessment tasks immediately after applying.
- Prepare role-specific examples around customer experience, sales, teamwork, ownership,
  connectivity, and problem resolution.
- For retail and care roles, emphasize communication, resilience, ethics, and customer outcomes.
- For technology, network, product, and corporate roles, connect impact to reliability, customer
  experience, scale, and cross-functional delivery.

## Agent coaching prompts

- "Has the candidate checked Candidate Home tasks and assessment status?"
- "Does the resume show customer, sales, network, product, or operational impact in T-Mobile
  language?"
- "What examples show confidence without over-talking?"
