## Purpose

Network intelligence helps users bring professional relationship signal into ResumeRavenPro. The
recommended starting point is a LinkedIn data archive that includes connection data.

## Core Principle

Start with the resume, not the contact list. The user's background, strengths, and target roles
define what network data is for. Network data improves the route.

## Boundaries

- A connection does not prove closeness.
- A connection does not guarantee a referral.
- Imported records still need review, ranking, and respectful outreach.
- The best use of the data is prioritization and context, not spam.

## LinkedIn Archive Workflow

1. Open LinkedIn settings.
2. Go to Data privacy.
3. Choose Download your data.
4. Request the larger archive that includes connections.
5. Wait for LinkedIn's archive-ready email.
6. Download the archive ZIP.
7. Upload the ZIP from the ResumeRavenPro Contacts workspace Bulk Upload modal.
8. Review the enriched contact preview generated from the archive.
9. Import the contacts after review.
10. Optionally start enrichment after import.

Users can still unzip the archive locally and upload `Connections.csv`, but the ZIP workflow is the
preferred path because ResumeRavenPro can use additional archive files as relationship context when
they are present.

## LinkedIn ZIP Import Value

The ZIP importer turns a static connection export into a network intelligence starting point. It can
combine `Connections.csv` with supporting archive files such as invitations, messages,
recommendations, endorsements, company follows, and job applications. ResumeRavenPro uses those
signals to help job seekers identify reachable companies, stronger relationship paths, and contacts
that may deserve review before outreach.

This should be explained carefully: a LinkedIn connection is relationship evidence, not proof of
closeness or referral readiness. The product value is prioritization, context, and respectful
job-search planning.

## RavenAgent Answering Pattern

When users ask about network intelligence, Raven should explain that LinkedIn connections are useful
signals, not proof of relationship strength. Raven should connect the workflow to contacts, careers
pages, enrichment, job-listing listeners, and warmer outreach prioritization.
