Terms of Service

1. The ResumeRavenPro Service

ResumeRavenPro is an AI-assisted job-search workspace that helps users organize career materials, enrich candidate profiles, tailor resumes, assess fit for real roles, manage files, analyze contacts and network context, use Raven agent assistance, and maintain workflow history. ResumeRavenPro may include document processing, semantic retrieval, embeddings, public research, enrichment, workflow orchestration, subscriptions, usage credits, notifications, and third-party integrations.

ResumeRavenPro is not an employer, recruiter, staffing agency, employment agency, legal advisor, financial advisor, immigration advisor, tax advisor, medical provider, or background-check company. ResumeRavenPro does not guarantee interviews, job offers, employment outcomes, compensation, eligibility, application success, or accuracy of third-party job listings or public information.

2. Accounts and Eligibility

• You must provide accurate account information and keep it current.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
• You must promptly notify ResumeRavenPro if you suspect unauthorized access or misuse.
• You may not share, sell, transfer, or allow others to use your account except as expressly permitted by ResumeRavenPro.
• You must be at least 13 years old and old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

3. Your Content and Data Responsibilities

"User Content" means information, files, resumes, profile data, job descriptions, contact records, LinkedIn archive exports, notes, prompts, messages, attachments, integration data, and other materials you submit, import, connect, or generate through ResumeRavenPro.

• You retain ownership of your User Content, subject to the license below.
• You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, reliability, and appropriateness of your User Content.
• You must have all rights, notices, permissions, and lawful bases required to submit or process User Content, including third-party contact information.
• You should avoid submitting highly sensitive information unless it is necessary for your intended job-search workflow.
• You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and deciding whether to use any output generated from your User Content.

You grant ResumeRavenPro a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, copy, process, transmit, analyze, display, and create outputs from User Content solely as needed to provide, secure, support, maintain, and improve ResumeRavenPro, comply with law, and enforce these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

4. AI-Assisted Outputs

ResumeRavenPro uses AI models and automated systems to assist with drafting, analysis, enrichment, semantic retrieval, contact context, job-fit assessment, resume generation, strategy, and Raven agent workflows. AI outputs are probabilistic and may contain errors, omissions, bias, unsupported claims, stale information, or suggestions that are not suitable for your circumstances.

• You must independently review and verify resumes, applications, outreach messages, fit assessments, contact research, job-listing analysis, and other outputs before relying on or sending them.
• You are responsible for ensuring outputs are truthful, non-misleading, non-discriminatory, lawful, and consistent with employer, platform, school, or professional rules that apply to you.
• ResumeRavenPro does not make hiring decisions, provide employment references, verify credentials, or certify candidate qualifications.

5. Acceptable Use

You may use ResumeRavenPro only for lawful professional and job-search purposes.

• Do not upload unlawful, infringing, defamatory, deceptive, harassing, abusive, or malicious content.
• Do not submit data you are not authorized to process, including third-party contact lists or archives obtained without appropriate rights.
• Do not use ResumeRavenPro to discriminate unlawfully, make regulated eligibility decisions, perform background checks, scrape protected services, spam contacts, or send unlawful communications.
• Do not misrepresent your identity, credentials, employment history, education, authorization to work, relationship to contacts, or relationship to ResumeRavenPro.
• Do not attempt to bypass security, rate limits, credits, access controls, owner-scoped authorization, or usage restrictions.
• Do not reverse engineer, interfere with, overload, disrupt, probe, scan, or attack ResumeRavenPro systems or connected providers.
• Do not use ResumeRavenPro to develop competing products through unauthorized scraping, benchmarking, or extraction of product content or model outputs.

6. Integrations and Third-Party Services

ResumeRavenPro may interoperate with third-party services such as Google Workspace, Stripe, cloud hosting providers, email providers, AI model providers, vector databases, enrichment providers, and public web research providers. Your use of those services may be governed by their own terms, policies, permissions, and account controls.

If you connect an integration, you authorize ResumeRavenPro to access and process the connected data and credentials necessary to provide the enabled feature. You may revoke integrations where controls are available, but revocation may limit related features.

7. Subscriptions, Credits, Trials, and Billing

• Paid plans, trials, usage credits, included credits, top-ups, limits, renewal terms, and pricing are presented at checkout, in product, or in an applicable order flow.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled according to the cancellation controls made available to you.
• Trials may expire, convert, or be limited according to the offer terms shown at signup or checkout.
• Credits may be used for eligible workflows and may expire, reset, or be adjusted according to the plan or offer terms displayed in the service.
• Payments are processed by Stripe or another payment processor. ResumeRavenPro does not store full payment card numbers.
• You are responsible for taxes, accurate billing information, and charges incurred through your account.

Except where required by law or expressly stated in writing, fees and purchased credits are non-refundable. We may suspend or limit access if payment fails, charges are disputed, usage violates these Terms, or a plan expires.

8. Privacy, Security, and Protected Data

ResumeRavenPro handles personal information, contact information, uploaded documents, job-search artifacts, integration metadata, AI prompts and outputs, semantic indexes, billing records, and related protected or sensitive workspace data as described in our Privacy Policy. You agree that ResumeRavenPro may process that data to provide, secure, support, measure, and improve the service.

ResumeRavenPro is not designed to store Social Security numbers, government identification numbers, payment card numbers outside the payment processor, medical records, protected health information, information about children, or regulated financial-account data. You must not submit those categories unless ResumeRavenPro expressly supports the workflow in writing and you have all required authority.

9. Intellectual Property

ResumeRavenPro and its software, interfaces, designs, workflows, text, graphics, logos, trademarks, service marks, documentation, and other materials are owned by ResumeRavenPro or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of ResumeRavenPro intellectual property to you.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, ResumeRavenPro grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the service for your personal or internal professional job-search purposes.

10. Feedback

If you provide suggestions, ideas, requests, bug reports, or feedback, you grant ResumeRavenPro a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use that feedback without restriction or obligation to you.

11. Service Changes, Availability, and Beta Features

ResumeRavenPro may add, remove, suspend, modify, or discontinue features at any time. Some features may be experimental, beta, limited, waitlisted, or dependent on third-party services. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific outputs, data-source availability, or continued support for every workflow or integration.

12. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using ResumeRavenPro at any time. ResumeRavenPro may suspend, limit, or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created risk for the service or others, failed to pay required fees, or used the service unlawfully. After termination, provisions that by their nature should survive will survive, including payment obligations, intellectual-property terms, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnity, and dispute provisions.

13. Disclaimers

ResumeRavenPro is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, ResumeRavenPro disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and reliability.

ResumeRavenPro does not warrant that outputs will be accurate, complete, current, legally compliant, accepted by employers, free from bias, or appropriate for your particular circumstances.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ResumeRavenPro and its owners, employees, contractors, suppliers, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or lost-profit damages, or for loss of data, goodwill, employment opportunity, business opportunity, revenue, or reputation, even if advised of the possibility of those damages.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ResumeRavenPro's total liability for any claim relating to the service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of the amounts you paid to ResumeRavenPro for the service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim or one hundred U.S. dollars.

15. Indemnity

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ResumeRavenPro and its owners, employees, contractors, suppliers, and service providers from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your User Content, your use of ResumeRavenPro, your violation of these Terms, your violation of law, or your infringement or misappropriation of another person's rights.

16. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You and ResumeRavenPro agree to bring disputes in the state or federal courts located in Washington, unless applicable law requires another forum. Nothing in these Terms limits either party's ability to seek injunctive or equitable relief for misuse of intellectual property, unauthorized access, or security threats.

17. Changes to These Terms

ResumeRavenPro may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and provide additional notice where required by law or where the change materially affects your use of the service. Your continued use of ResumeRavenPro after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
